Description

PRODUCT CONCEPT
Curtain wall system with covers and clamps.
Mullion width: 52 mm.

PROFILES
The profiles in the Comfort Line range are extruded from 6060 BUILDING QUALITY alloy, which has stricter impurity tolerances than the standard.

PROTECTION

  • Chemical anodisation with QUALANOD certification, in natural or bronze colour.

  • Class 20 anodised finish (20 to 24 microns) for profiles in stock.

  • By polyester powder coating with QUALICOAT certification (Seaside designation), QUALILAQUAGE and QUALIMARINE certification.

  • Minimum lacquer thickness: 60 microns (for continuously visible surfaces).

STRUCTURE

  • Consisting of tubular uprights and crossbars.

  • Uprights available in several sections, can be reinforced with steel profiles.

  • Sections to be adapted to site standards and requirements.

  • Attachment to the building structure via 3-dimensional adjustable fasteners.

  • Design allows for expansion without compromising watertightness or strength.

ASSEMBLY

  • Straight-cut assembly, continuous uprights.

  • Crossbars fixed with aluminium alloy positioners or assembly blocks, screwed in place with stainless steel screws.

  • Rebates designed for glazing or opening frames.

SEALING

  • Ensured at the end of the crossbar with Small-joint type sealant or equivalent.

  • Waterproofing without drainage through the uprights.

  • All joints are made of EPDM.

DRAINAGE

  • Drainage through oblong holes in the crossbars, covers and clamps.

FILLING

  • Glazing or panels from 6 to 24 mm (greater thickness possible with rebate).

  • Installation in 21 mm high rebate, held in place by clamps on uprights and crossbars.

OPENING

  • Openings specific to the Comfort 800 curtain wall.

  • Mitre-cut opening and fixed frames with pin brackets.

  • Sealing by compression of 2 rotating EPDM seals.

  • Stainless steel compass fittings.

  • Oscillating lock with single-control fitting, rotating handle, rods, compasses and anti-mishandling system.

  • Closure with ¼ turn aluminium lacquered handle, 2 or 3-point espagnolette.

  • Option to add additional locking points for greater height.

FINISH

  • Sealing with folded aluminium sheets as required.

  • Silicone or equivalent sealant joints, applied in accordance with current standards.

  • Fixation sur le gros œuvre : par attaches réglables en 3 dimensions, spécialement conçues.

ASSEMBLAGE

  • Assemblage en coupe droite, avec montants filants.

  • Traverses fixées sur montants à l’aide de blocs d’assemblage en aluminium, vissés avec de la visserie inox.

ÉTANCHÉITÉ

  • Étanchéité assurée en bout de chaque traverse, conforme à la nouvelle norme.

  • Interdiction de drainage par les montants.

  • Étanchéité des extrémités de traverse réalisée avec un mastic de type C ou équivalent, permettant les jeux de dilatation.

  • Tous les joints d’étanchéité sont en EPDM.

CADRE VISION

  • Réalisés en version fixe ou ouvrant en projection à l’italienne.

  • Assemblage en profilés tubulaires à l’aide d’équerres à pions en aluminium et/ou inox.

  • Étanchéité des coupes avec produit de type Small-joint ou similaire.

  • Intègrent une barrette de collage en aluminium anodisé identifiée par numéro de lot jet d’encre.

  • Chaque lot de barrette est soumis à des essais d’approbation avec les silicones de collage VEC (Dow-Corning, Tremco ou équivalent).

OUVRANTS ET FIXES

  • Ouvrants montés sur compas inox de marque Securistyle ou équivalent, fixés en feuillure.

  • Manœuvre par poignée à 2 points de verrouillage.

  • Cadres fixes accrochés à la structure par verrou aluminium avec système anti-dégondage, fixé par vis autoforeuses inox.

ÉTANCHÉITÉ DES CADRES VISION

  • Réalisée par trois barrières de joints en EPDM :

    • Joint central et extérieur soudés aux angles ou avec angles moulés.

    • Joint intérieur tournant.

REMPLISSAGE
Chaque projet doit faire l’objet d’une étude spécifique impliquant :

  • Le façadier,

  • Le fabricant de mastic,

  • Le bureau de contrôle,

  • Le verrier.
