PRODUCT CONCEPT :

Vento is a curtain wall that can be used to create many different types of façades from
a single structure:

  • Grid appearance
  • Horizontal frame appearance
  • VEF appearance (external glazing in rebate)
  • VEC appearance (exterior bonded glazing)

Vento allows for many types of openings: Italian, tilt-and-turn, French,
folding, door and sliding.
VEC casements, tilt-and-turn, Italian and casement windows can be integrated
into hidden openings in curtain walls with a grid, horizontal frame, VEC or VEF appearance.

Description

PROFILES
The profiles of the Profils Systèmes range are manufactured by press extrusion, using alloy no. 6060 BUILDING QUALITY, with impurity tolerance levels stricter than the standard.

PROTECTION

  • Chemical anodizing certified with the QUALANOD label, available in natural and bronze shades.
    → Stock profiles supplied in anodized finish class 20 (20–24 microns)
  • Polyester powder coating certified with the following labels:
    → QUALICOAT (Seaside option)
    → QUALILAQUAGE
    → QUALIMARINE
    → Minimum thickness: 60 microns on permanently visible surfaces

ACCESSORIES AND FASTENERS

  • Accessories supplied or manufactured in the same color as the gate
  • Guiding parts, rails, and sliding rollers in stainless steel or treated steel
  • All fasteners made entirely of stainless steel

ASSEMBLY

  • Assembly by 65 mm deep interlocking
  • Fixing with stainless steel T.H. screws on aluminum counterplates, all concealed
  • Infill panels mounted with anti-vibration seals
  • Recessed locks integrated directly into the profiles
  • Profiles engineered to accommodate a durable, concealed aluminum reinforcement, compatible with all types of automation systems
