PROFILES
The profiles in the Profils Systèmes range are extruded from 6060 BUILDING QUALITY alloy, which has stricter impurity tolerances than the standard.

PROTECTION
Chemical anodising with the "QUALANOD" label, natural and bronze colours. Profiles in stock are available with a class 20 anodised finish (20 to 24 microns).
By polyester powder coating with the "QUALICOAT" label, Seaside mention, and the "QUALILAQUAGE" and "QUALIMARINE" labels. The minimum thickness of the coating is 60 microns for continuously visible surfaces.

FRAME
55 mm thick tubular frame with the option of clipping on flashings and joint covers.
Thermal break via bar.

LEAVES
Straight tubular shape on the outside and inside, with straight glazing bead. Their thickness is 59 mm.

ASSEMBLY

• Fixed and opening sections using pin brackets.
• All these assembly parts must be made of aluminium and/or stainless steel.
• The cuts will be sealed with a "Small-Joint" type product or similar.

GLASS
Single or insulated glass from 8 to 42 mm thick, held in place by two EPDM seals and a clipped glazing bead with a minimum height of 21 mm (rebate depth).
Glazing beads must be on the inside of the structure.

DRAINAGE
Drainage of any water infiltration is provided by oblong holes in the bottom rail and the installation of nozzles with non-return valves.
This is done by drilling or punching.
Drainage of the door leaf and threshold is achieved through oblong holes and the installation of nozzles with non-return valves.

FRENCH CASEMENT

• Sealing: by compression of 2 EPDM gaskets when closing and pressure balancing on the frame.
• Hinges: rebate hinges, reversible, installed after frame assembly. Height adjustment with shim. In aluminum and/or stainless steel.
• Locking: lacquered aluminum handle with 1/4-turn cremone for single- or double-leaf casements. 2-point cremone with top and bottom striker plates. Additional locking points possible.

TILT & TURN CASEMENT

• Sealing: by compression of 2 EPDM gaskets.
• Hinges and locking: single-command fitting with rotating handle, rods, locking stays, and anti-misoperation system.

TOP-HUNG CASEMENT

• Sealing: by compression of 2 EPDM gaskets.
• Hinges: 2 to 4 hinges depending on sash width and glazing weight. Same as French casement hinges.
• Locking: latch system:
  • 1 latch for sash up to 800 mm
  • 2 latches beyond 800 mm

HINGED DOORS

• Sealing: by compression of 2 rotating EPDM rebate gaskets.
• Hinges: 2 to 4 adjustable surface-mounted hinges depending on width and glazing weight.
• Locking: 1-, 2-, or 3-point lock with latch operated by aluminum handle and stainless steel swing security latch operated by European cylinder.

The profiles in the Profils Systèmes range are obtained by press extrusion, alloy no. 6060 BUILDING QUALITY, with impurity rate tolerances stricter than the standard.

ASSEMBLY

• 45° cut
• Frames and sashes assembled using cleats with pins.
• Cuts will be sealed with a “Small-Joint” type product or equivalent.

GLAZING
Single or insulating glazing, 4 to 30 mm, held by 2 EPDM gaskets and a clipped glazing bead with a minimum height of 21 mm (rebate depth). Glazing beads must always be placed on the interior side of the construction.

DRAINAGE
Drainage of any possible infiltration is achieved by oblong or rectangular holes in the bottom rail, with or without nozzles equipped with non-return flaps.
The drainage of the window sash is concealed and avoids the use of added nozzles.
The drainage of the door sash and threshold is achieved by oblong holes and nozzles with non-return flaps.

FRENCH CASEMENT

• Sealing: by compression of 2 EPDM gaskets when closing and pressure balancing on the frame.
• Hinges: rebate hinges with fiberglass-reinforced nylon sleeves. Reversible. Installed after assembly. Adjustment with shim. Aluminum and/or stainless steel.
• Locking: lacquered aluminum 1/2-turn cremone handle. Closing by 2-point cremone with top and bottom striker plates. Additional locking possible on rod or semi-fixed leaf.

TILT & TURN CASEMENT

• Sealing: by compression of 2 EPDM gaskets and pressure balancing.
• Hinges and locking: single-command fitting with rotating handle, rods, locking stays, and anti-misoperation system.

TOP-HUNG CASEMENT
