PRODUCT CONCEPT
Window, French window and front door with no thermal break, frame thickness 51 mm, sash thickness 43.9 mm.

PROFILES
The profiles in the Profils Systèmes range are extruded from 6060 BUILDING QUALITY alloy, which has stricter impurity tolerances than the standard.

PROTECTION
Chemical anodising with the "QUALANOD" label, natural and bronze colours.
Profiles in stock are available with a class 20 anodised finish (20 to 24 microns).
Polyester powder coating with the "QUALICOAT" label, Seaside certification, and the "QUALILAQUAGE" and "QUALIMARINE" labels.
Minimum coating thickness: 60 microns for continuously visible surfaces.

FRAME
51 mm thick tubular frame with the option of clipping on flashings and adding battens for lining.

OPENINGS
Factory-shaped tubular frame, 43.9 mm thick. Minimalist exterior glazing bead.

ASSEMBLY

  • 45° cut

  • Frames and openings using pin brackets, crimped + glued

  • Sealed with a "Small-Joint" type product or similar

GLASS
Single glazing from 8 to 12 mm, held in place by two EPDM seals and a clipped glazing bead with a minimum height of 16 mm (rebate depth).
Glazing beads must be on the outside of the building.

DRAINAGE
Through oblong or rectangular holes in the bottom rail, with or without non-return valves.
Concealed drainage for window openings (without added nozzles).
Drainage of door openings and thresholds by drilling or punching.

INSTALLATION SYSTEM
Installation on direct installation battens with protected steel brackets or dowels in accordance with DTU 37-1.

FRENCH-STYLE FRAMES

  • Waterproofing: by compression of 2 EPDM seals and pressure balancing

  • Fittings: rebated hinges with fibreglass-reinforced nylon sleeve, reversible, fitted after assembly. Made of aluminium and/or stainless steel, adapted to weight and dimensions

  • Locking: lacquered aluminium half-turn espagnolette handle, 2-point closure with top and bottom strike plates. Additional locks possible on rod and semi-fixed

TILT-AND-TURN FRAME

  • Weatherproofing: 2 EPDM seals + pressure balancing

  • Fittings and locking: single-control fitting with rotating handle, rods, locking compasses and anti-mishandling system

BELLOW FRAME

  • Sealing: compression of 2 EPDM seals + pressure balancing

  • Fittings: 2 to 4 hinges depending on the width/weight of the glazing, identical to the French window frame

  • Locking:

    • 1 latch for leaf ≤ 800 mm

    • 2 latches for leaf > 800 mm
