PRODUCT CONCEPT:

Window, French window and front door with strike plate.
– Frame thickness: 50 mm
– Sash thickness: 59 mm

Description

  • Locking: by 1, 2 or 3-point lock, with bolt controlled by aluminium handle and stainless steel tilting security bolt controlled by European cylinder.

Maximum dimensions of 2000 x 2300 mm for 2 leaves. For larger dimensions, please contact us.

PROFILES
The profiles in the Comfort Line range are extruded from 6060 BUILDING QUALITY alloy, which has stricter impurity tolerances than the standard.

PROTECTION
Chemical anodisation with the "QUALANOD" label, natural colour and bronze colour. Profiles in stock are available with a class 20 anodised finish (20 to 24 microns).
By polyester powder coating with the "QUALICOAT" label, Seaside mention, and the "QUALILAQUAGE" and "QUALIMARINE" labels. The minimum thickness of the lacquer is 60 microns for continuously visible surfaces.

FRAME
41 mm thick tubular frame with the option of clipping on the joint cover and drip cap.

SASH
Rounded and straight tubular frame with concealed drainage on the inside and outside. Its thickness is 41 mm.

ASSEMBLY
Frames and openings assembled using pin brackets. All assembly parts must be made of aluminium and/or stainless steel. Cuts will be sealed with a "Small-joint" type product or similar.

GLASS
Single or laminated glass, 4 to 20 mm thick, held in place by two EPDM seals and a clipped glazing bead with a minimum height of 21.5 mm (rebate depth). Glazing beads must be on the inside of the structure.

FRENCH WINDOW FRAMES

  • Weatherproofing: by compression of two EPDM seals when closed. The two rebate seals are identical and rotating.

  • Fittings: provided by rebated hinges. These are reversible and are installed after the frames have been assembled, on the opening and fixed parts using counter-wedges to allow height adjustment. They are made of aluminium and/or stainless steel. Their number and model will be adapted to the weight and dimensions of the joinery.

  • Locking: by means of a 1/4-turn espagnolette handle in lacquered aluminium for single and double-leaf frames. Closure is by means of a 2-point espagnolette lock, with high and low strike plates for windows, in the rebate of the frame. For French windows, additional locking points can be fixed to the espagnolette rod as well as strike plates on the semi-fixed part. All hardware is installed after assembly of the frame and sash.

TILT-AND-TURN FRAME

  • Weatherproofing: by compression of two EPDM seals when closing. The two rebate seals are identical and rotating.

  • Fittings and locking: single-control fitting with rotating handle, rods, locking compasses and anti-mishandling system.

BELLOWS FRAME

  • Sealing: by compression of two EPDM seals when closing. The two rebate seals are identical and rotating.

  • Fittings: 2 to 4 hinges depending on the width and weight of the glazing. Hinges identical to those on French windows.

  • Locking: by clamp latch:

    • 1 latch for a sash width of up to 800 mm

    • 2 latches for a width greater than 800 mm

DOOR ON HINGES

  • Sealing: by compression of two identical rotating EPDM rebate seals when closing.

  • Fittings: provided by rebated hinges. These are reversible and are installed after the frames have been assembled, on the opening and fixed parts using shims to allow for height adjustment. They are made of aluminium and/or stainless steel. Their number is adapted to the weight and dimensions of the joinery.
