PRODUCT CONCEPT :

Window and sliding French window with thermal break bar.
Frame thickness: 70 mm. Sealed with brush or TPE gasket.
Two-tone colouring available for frames and sashes.

Description

PROFILES
The profiles in the Profils Systèmes range are produced by extrusion. They are manufactured from 6060-grade building alloy, with a stricter impurity level than the standard requires.

PROTECTION
Chemical anodisation with QUALANOD certification, in natural or bronze colour. The profiles in stock have a class 20 anodised finish (20 to 24 microns).
By polyester powder coating with the QUALICOAT (Seaside certification), QUALILAQUAGE and QUALIMARINE labels. The minimum thickness of the coating is 60 microns for visible surfaces.

FRAME
70 mm thick tubular frame. It allows the flashing and joint covers to be clipped on, and the addition of 100 to 200 mm (in 10 mm increments) of reinforcement for doubling.

SASHES
Side or centre sashes made from tubular profiles. Available in single or reinforced versions depending on dimensions and exposure. Crossbars with straight cut mounting using screws.

ASSEMBLY
Assembly of frames at a 45° angle, using angle brackets with pins. Sealing ensured with a product such as "Small-Joint" or equivalent.

GLASSING
Available thicknesses: 28 mm.
Fold-over assembly, rebate height of 18 mm. Sealing gasket compliant with DTU 39.

DRAINAGE
Water drainage via oblong or rectangular holes in the bottom rail. Nozzles with or without non-return valves. Created by drilling, punching or milling.

ROLLERS
22 mm rollers on needle bearings for ease of use.
Single or double rollers, adjustable or non-adjustable, mounted with pressure screws.
Maximum load capacity: up to 250 kg per leaf depending on the type of roller.
Dismantling standard: 24.301.

CLOSURES
From 1 to 5 locking points, with or without key. Systems available:

  • Cups
  • Versus
  • Flexis
  • Chronos / Chronos Evo
  • Verflex
    Handles available, including the Mandurah range.

MAXIMUM DIMENSIONS
Per leaf:

  • Max height: 3.00 m
  • Max width: 1.50 m
    Or
  • Height: 2.50 m / Width: 2.00 m
    Reinforced jamb required for heights above 1750 mm.
    For larger dimensions, consult the manufacturer.

DOUBLE EFFECT
For dark colours, use a reinforced upright on the outside and follow the installation recommendations.
