PRODUCT CONCEPT :

Window and sliding French window with thermal break bar.
Frame thickness: 70 mm. Sealed with brush or TPE gasket.
Two-tone colouring available for frames and sashes.

Description

PROFILES
The profiles in the Profils Systèmes range are produced by extrusion. They are made from 6060 building-grade alloy, with stricter impurity tolerances than the standard requires.

PROTECTION
Chemical anodisation with the "QUALANOD" label, available in natural or bronze colour.
Class 20 anodised finish (20 to 24 microns) for profiles in stock.
Polyester powder coating with "QUALICOAT" (Seaside certification), "QUALILAQUAGE" and "QUALIMARINE" certifications.
Minimum coating thickness: 60 microns for visible surfaces.

FRAME
70 mm thick tubular profile, allowing the clipping of flashings and joint covers.
Possibility of adding strips for lining from 100 to 200 mm (in 10 mm increments).

OPENINGS
Side or centre openings in tubular profile.
Available in single or reinforced versions, depending on the dimensions and exposure of the structure.
Straight crossbar assembly with screws.

ASSEMBLY
Frames assembled at a 45° angle using square brackets with pins.
Sealed with a product such as "Small-Joint" or similar.

Glazing. Available thicknesses: 28 mm, 30 mm and 32 mm. Fold-over assembly with a rebate height of 18 mm. Seal compliant with DTU 39.

DRAINAGE
Infiltration water is drained through oblong or rectangular holes in the bottom rail.
Option to install nozzles with non-return valves.
Methods: drilling, punching or milling.

ROLLERS
Available in single or double versions, adjustable or non-adjustable, mounted with pressure screws.
Easy to dismantle, compliant with standard 24.301.
Maximum permissible loads per leaf (32 mm rebate):

  • 100 kg for fixed single rollers (702-600)

  • 100 kg for adjustable single rollers (702-611)

  • 200 kg for adjustable double rollers (702-631)

  • 250 kg for high rollers (702-645)

CLOSURES
From 1 to 5 locking points, with or without key.

MAXIMUM DIMENSIONS
For a 2-panel sliding door:

  • Maximum width: 4.00 m

  • Maximum height: 3.00 m

Below 1750 mm, reduce the opening size by 1 mm.
Reinforced frame required for heights above 1750 mm, double reinforcement required for heights above 2350 mm.

Maximum dimensions per leaf:

  • Height 3.00 m / Width 1.50 m

  • Height 2.50 m / Width 2.00 m

For larger dimensions, consult the manufacturer.

DOUBLE EFFECT
For dark colours, it is essential to place the reinforced jamb on the outside and follow the assembly recommendations.
