PRODUCT CONCEPT :

Window and sliding French window with thermal break bar.
Frame thickness: 70 mm. Sealed with brush or TPE gasket.
Two-tone colouring available on frames and sashes.

Description

PROFILES
The profiles in the Profils Systèmes range are extruded from 6060-grade construction alloy, which has stricter impurity tolerances than the standard.

PROTECTION
Chemical anodising with the "QUALANOD" label, in natural or bronze colour. Profiles in stock are available with a class 20 anodised finish (20 to 24 microns).
By polyester powder coating with the "QUALICOAT" label, Seaside certification, and the "QUALILAQUAGE" and "QUALIMARINE" labels. The minimum coating thickness is 60 microns for continuously visible surfaces.

OPENINGS
Side and centre openings in tubular section, available in single or reinforced versions (only on baffle nodes), depending on the dimensions and exposure of the structure.
The crossbars allow for straight-cut assembly with screws.

ASSEMBLY
Frames assembled at a 45° angle using square brackets with pins.
The joints are sealed with a "Small-Joint" type product or equivalent.

GLASSING
Available thicknesses: 28 mm, 30 mm and 32 mm.
Fold-over assembly with a rebate height of 18 mm.
Seal compliant with DTU 39.

DRAINAGE
Any water infiltration is drained through oblong or rectangular holes in the bottom crossbar.
It is possible to install nozzles with non-return valves.
Methods: drilling, punching or milling.

ROLLERS
22 mm rollers on needle bearings for ease of use.
Available in single or double versions, adjustable or non-adjustable, with pressure screw mounting.
Easy to dismantle, compliant with standard 24.301.
Maximum load capacity for 32 mm rebate:

  • 100 kg: fixed single rollers with 702-600 fitting

  • 100 kg: adjustable single rollers with 702-611 fitting

  • 200 kg: adjustable double castors with plug-in system 702-631

  • 250 kg: high castors 702-645

    Below 1750 mm, reduce the opening size by 1 mm.

DOUBLE EFFECT
If a dark colour is used, the reinforced upright must be positioned on the outside and the recommendations in the assembly section must be followed.
