PRODUCT CONCEPT :

Single-action or double-action heavy door.
Frame thickness 46 mm, leaf thickness 46 mm.

Description

PROFILES
The profiles in the Profils Systèmes range are extruded from 6060 BUILDING QUALITY alloy, which has stricter impurity tolerances than the standard.

PROTECTION
Chemical anodising with the "QUALANOD" label, natural and bronze colours. Profiles in stock are available with a class 20 anodised finish (20 to 24 microns).
Polyester powder coating with the "QUALICOAT" label, Seaside certification, and the "QUALILAQUAGE" and "QUALIMARINE" labels. The minimum coating thickness is 60 microns for continuously visible surfaces.

FRAME
46 mm thick tubular frame with the option of adding rebates for double glazing.

SASHES
Straight tubular frame. They are 46 mm thick.

ASSEMBLY

  • Frames and sashes assembled using screw-on angle brackets.
  • All these assembly parts must be made of aluminium and/or stainless steel.
  • The cuts will be sealed with a product such as "Small-Joint" or similar.

GLASS
Single or insulated from 4 to 32 mm, held in place by two EPDM seals and a clipped glazing bead with a minimum height of 21 mm (rebate depth).
Glazing beads must be on the inside of the structure.

DRAINAGE
Any water infiltration is drained through oblong holes in the bottom rail and the installation of nozzles with non-return valves.

INSTALLATION SYSTEM
Installation can be carried out in one of two ways:

  • On an aluminium subframe
  • On a galvanised steel subframe
  • Direct installation with protected steel brackets or anchors in accordance with DTU 37-1

HARDWARE
The pivot is embedded in the floor, a free pivot is integrated into the upper part of the frame, and the arm is integrated into the lower crossbar.
Hinges on pivots are mandatory for swing doors and possible for single-action doors, provided that suitable hinges are used.

LOCKING
The door is locked either:

  • With a 1, 2 or 3-point lock, with a bolt controlled by an aluminium handle and a stainless steel tilting security bolt controlled by a European cylinder and aluminium handle.
  • By means of a top and bottom rod lock, mandatory in the case of anti-finger trap installation.
  • By means of a 1 or 3-point roller lock with push handle.
  • With panic bar and fireman's bolt.

MAXIMUM DIMENSIONS

  • Single-leaf French window: Width: 1000 mm / Height: 3000 mm
  • Double French window: Width: 2000 mm / Height: 3000 mm
