PROFILES
The profiles in the Profils Systèmes range are extruded using press spinning, alloy no. 6060 BUILDING QUALITY, which has stricter impurity tolerances than the standard.
PROTECTION
Chemical anodising with the "QUALANOD" label, natural colour and bronze colour. Profiles in stock are available with a class 20 anodised finish (20 to 24 microns).
By polyester powder coating with the "QUALICOAT" label, Seaside mention, and the "QUALILAQUAGE" and "QUALIMARINE" labels. The minimum thickness of the lacquer is 60 microns for continuously visible surfaces.
DORMANT
Tubular with a thickness of 70 mm.
Thermal insulation using 30 to 35 mm polyamide strips for an excellent insulation coefficient.
OPENINGS
Inward or outward opening with thermal break.
ASSEMBLY
- 45° cut
- Frames and openings using angle brackets with pins.
- The cuts will be sealed with a product such as "Small-Joint" or similar.
GLASSING
The opening sections can accommodate glass panes from 6 to 50 mm thick, held in place by two EPDM and/or TPE seals and a clipped glazing bead.
The glazing beads must be on the inside of the structure.
DRAINAGE
Any water infiltration is drained through oblong holes in the bottom crossbar of the opening and the installation of nozzles with non-return valves.
HARDWARE
Surface-mounted or clamp-on hinges:
- Panic bar
- Marshal's baton
- Electric strike plate
- 5-point lock / Deadbolt / rollers.
LOCKING
Up to 5-point lock closure.
Compatible with standard hardware: panic bar, door closer, fire brigade bolt or electric lock.
