Description

PROFILES
The profiles in the Profils Systèmes range are extruded from 6060 alloy BUILDING QUALITY, which has stricter impurity tolerances than the standard.

PROTECTION

  • By chemical anodising with the QUALANOD label, natural and bronze colours.

  • Profiles in stock are available with a class 20 anodised finish (20 to 24 microns).

  • By polyester powder coating, with the QUALICOAT (mentioned Seaside), QUALILAQUAGE and QUALIMARINE labels.

  • Minimum lacquer thickness: 60 microns for continuously visible surfaces.

DORMANT

  • Tubular design inside and outside

  • Option to clip on mudguards and joint covers

  • Option to add flashings for lining and joint covers on the inside

  • Mitre joint assembly

OPENINGS

  • Side and centre sections with a designer look and tubular cross-section

  • Available in standard or reinforced versions depending on the dimensions and exposure of the structure

  • Crossbars compatible with straight screw mounting

ASSEMBLY

  • Frames: mitre cut using square brackets with pins

  • Openings: straight cut with screws in alvéovis

  • All assembly parts are made of aluminium or stainless steel

SEALING
The seal between the different profiles is ensured by brush seals.

GLASS

  • Single or insulated, from 6 to 26 mm

  • Folded assembly

  • Rebate height: 20 mm

  • Seal compliant with DTU 39

ROLLERS

  • 25 mm rollers on needle bearings

  • Single or double rollers, adjustable or non-adjustable

  • Pressure screw assembly

  • Easy disassembly in accordance with standard 24.301

  • Maximum permissible loads: 250 kg per leaf depending on the configuration chosen

CLOSURES

  • From 1 to 4 points, with or without key
