PRODUCT CONCEPT:

Traditional Flamingo windows, French windows and front doors with knock-down frames, frame thickness 51 mm, sash thickness 55 mm.

Description

PROFILES
The profiles in the Profils Systèmes range are obtained by press extrusion, alloy no. 6060 BUILDING QUALITY, with impurity tolerances stricter than the standard.

PROTECTION
By chemical anodizing with the « QUALANOD » label, available in natural and bronze finishes.
Stock profiles are available in anodized finish class 20 (20 to 24 microns).
By polyester powder coating with the « QUALICOAT » label, Seaside mention, and the « QUALILAQUAGE » and « QUALIMARINE » labels.
The minimum lacquer thickness is 60 microns for continuously visible surfaces.

FRAME
Tubular with a thickness of 51 mm, allowing clipping of the flanges and addition of rebates for lining recovery.

SASHES
Tubular with straight shape on the interior and exterior. Thickness: 55 mm.

ASSEMBLY

  • 45° cut
  • Frames and sashes assembled using pin brackets, crimping + gluing
  • Cut edges sealed with a product of the "Small-Joint" type or similar

GLAZING
Single or insulating glass from 6 to 30 mm, held by 2 EPDM gaskets and a clipped glazing bead with minimum height 21 mm (base of rebate).
Glazing beads must be on the interior side of the construction.

DRAINAGE
Drainage of any infiltrated water is done through oblong or rectangular holes in the bottom rail, with or without busettes with non-return valves.
Drainage of the window sash is concealed.
Drainage of the door sash and threshold is done through oblong holes with busettes in place.

INSTALLATION SYSTEM

  • On galvanized steel subframe
  • Direct installation with protected steel brackets or anchors (according to DTU 37-1)

FRENCH WINDOW

  • Sealing: by compression of 3 EPDM gaskets (2 rotating battue + 1 central on frame)
  • Hinges: recessed hinges with reinforced nylon sleeve, reversible, installed after assembly, aluminum and/or stainless steel
  • Locking: 1/4-turn cremon handle, 2-point closure with upper and lower striker. Additional locking points possible

TILT & TURN WINDOW

  • Sealing: by compression of 3 EPDM gaskets
  • Hinges & Locking: single-command hardware with turning handle, rods, locking arms, anti-false operation system

AWNING WINDOW

  • Sealing: by compression of 3 EPDM gaskets
  • Hinges: 2 to 3 hinges depending on width and weight
  • Locking: latch (1 up to 800 mm, 2 beyond)

HINGED DOORS

  • Sealing: 3 EPDM gaskets (2 rotating battue + 1 central)
  • Hinges: large recessed hinges, reinforced nylon sleeve, aluminum/stainless steel, height adjustable
  • Locking: 1, 2, or 3-point lock with aluminum handle, tilting stainless steel bolt, European cylinder
