PRODUCT CONCEPT :

Traditional straight-shaped window and sliding French window.
– Width of central mullion: 48 mm.
– Tubular frame: – 1 rail: width 51 mm / height 48 mm.
– 2 rails: width 68 mm / height 48 mm.
– 3 rails: width 107 mm / height 48 mm.
– 4 rails: width 146 mm / height 48 mm.
– Brush seal for watertightness.

Description

PROFILES

The profiles in the Profils Systèmes range are obtained by press extrusion, alloy no. 6060 BUILDING QUALITY, with impurity tolerances stricter than the standard.

PROTECTION

  • By chemical anodizing with the « QUALANOD » label, available in natural and bronze finishes.
  • Stock profiles are available in anodized finish class 20 (20 to 24 microns).
  • By polyester powder coating with the « QUALICOAT » label, Seaside mention, and the « QUALILAQUAGE » and « QUALIMARINE » certifications.
  • The minimum lacquer thickness is 60 microns for continuously visible surfaces.

FRAME

  • Tubular with design on the interior and exterior, allowing clipping of the flange and cover strip.
  • Assembly with miter cuts.
  • Clipping of an aluminum rail.

SASHES

  • Side and central profiles with design and tubular section, available in standard or reinforced versions, depending on the size and exposure of the structure.
  • Crosspieces allow straight cut assembly using stainless steel screws.

ASSEMBLY

  • Frames: miter cut assembly using pin brackets.
  • Sashes: straight cut assembly with stainless steel screws in honeycomb.
  • All assembly parts are made of aluminum or stainless steel.

SEALING

Sealing between the profiles is ensured by brush gaskets.

GLAZING

  • Single or insulating glass, from 6 to 26 mm, installed in a portfolio-style configuration.
  • Rebate height: 20 mm.
  • Sealing trim compliant with DTU 39.

ROLLERS

  • 25 mm rollers with needle bearings.
  • Single or double rollers, adjustable or not, installed with pressure screws.
  • Easy disassembly according to standard 24.301.
  • Maximum glass loads are 250 kg per leaf depending on the configuration.

LOCKING

  • 1-point locking with single shell or handle.
  • 2-point or 3-point lock depending on the leaf height (optional).
  • The mechanism is integrated into the tubular profile.

      • Maximum length: 3.50 m
      • Maximum height: 2.60 m
