PRODUCT CONCEPT:

Window, French window and front door with “strike plate”, frame thickness 40 mm,
opening thickness 45 mm.

Description

PROFILES
The profiles in the Profils Systèmes range are obtained by press extrusion, alloy no. 6060 BUILDING QUALITY, with impurity tolerances stricter than the standard.

PROTECTION
By chemical anodizing with the « QUALANOD » label, available in natural and bronze finishes. Stock profiles are available in anodized finish class 20 (20 to 24 microns).
By polyester powder coating with the « QUALICOAT » label, Seaside mention, and the « QUALILAQUAGE » and « QUALIMARINE » labels. The minimum lacquer thickness is 60 microns for continuously visible surfaces.

FRAME
Tubular with a thickness of 55 mm, allowing clipping of the flanges and cover strip.
Thermal break by strip.

SASHES
Tubular with straight shape on the interior and exterior, with straight glazing bead. Thickness: 59 mm.
Thermal break by strip.

ASSEMBLY

  • Frames and sashes using pin brackets.
  • All assembly parts must be made of aluminum and/or stainless steel.
  • Cut edges will be sealed with a product of the "Small-Joint" type or similar.

GLAZING
Single or insulating glass from 8 to 42 mm, held by 2 EPDM gaskets and a clipped glazing bead with minimum height 21 mm (base of rebate). Glazing beads must be on the interior side of the construction.

DRAINAGE
Drainage of any infiltrated water is done through oblong holes in the bottom rail, with busettes and non-return valves. Can be done by drilling or punching. Drainage of the door sash and threshold is done via oblong holes and busettes with non-return valves.

FRENCH WINDOW

  • Sealing: by compression of 2 EPDM gaskets during closing and pressure balancing on the frame.
  • Hinges: recessed hinges, reversible, installed after frame assembly. Height adjustment with shims. Aluminum and/or stainless steel.
  • Locking: 1/2-turn cremon handle in lacquered aluminum. Closure by 2-point cremone with upper and lower striker plate. Additional locks possible on rod or semi-fixed.

TILT & TURN WINDOW

  • Sealing: by compression of 2 EPDM gaskets and pressure balancing.
  • Hinges & Locking: single-command hardware operated by turning handle, rods, locking arms, and anti-false operation system.

AWNING WINDOW

  • Sealing: by compression of 2 EPDM gaskets and pressure balancing.
  • Hinges: 2 to 4 hinges depending on width/weight of glass (same as French window).
  • Locking:
    • 1 latch up to 800 mm
    • 2 latches beyond 800 mm

HINGED DOORS

  • Sealing: by compression of 2 rotating EPDM battue gaskets.
  • Hinges: applied or recessed hinges with reinforced nylon sleeve, reversible, adjustable with shims. Aluminum and/or stainless steel.
  • Locking: 1, 2, or 3-point lock, with bolt operated by aluminum handle and tilting stainless steel safety bolt, controlled by European cylinder.
