MASAI EVO 212

Masaï Evo® Series 212 is a new sliding window with clean, straight lines and no thermal break from the Profils Systèmes range.
Its new design and technical features make it a versatile series suitable for all types of buildings, embodying contemporary aesthetic trends.
The range is comprehensive, with up to 8 panels on 4 tracks. It is available in 2 simple and minimalist versions and allows for multi-point closures.
Thanks to its slim 15 mm profiles, Masai Evo 212 blends naturally with your interior, creating openings with a refined design.

Description

PROFILES
The profiles in the Profils Systèmes range are extruded from 6060 BUILDING QUALITY alloy, which has stricter impurity tolerances than the standard.

FRAME
Straight tubular shape on the inside and outside with the option of clipping on the drip cap. Mitre joint assembly.

OPENING
Straight-shaped, tubular side and centre sections, available in single or reinforced versions depending on the size and exposure of the structure. The crossbars allow for straight-cut assembly using stainless steel screws.

GLASS
From 6 to 20 mm, wallet assembly, rebate height 18 mm, seal compliant with DTU 39.

PROTECTION
Chemical anodisation with "QUALANOD" certification, natural and bronze colours. Profiles in stock are available with a class 20 anodised finish (20 to 24 microns).
Polyester powder coating with the "QUALICOAT" Seaside label and the "QUALILAQUAGE" and "QUALIMARINE" labels. The minimum coating thickness is 60 microns for continuously visible surfaces.

DRAINAGE
Any water infiltration is drained through oblong or rectangular holes in the bottom crossbar, with or without the installation of non-return valves. This is done by drilling, punching or milling.

INSTALLATION SYSTEM
Installation is carried out on battens with direct installation using sealing brackets or dowels in accordance with DTU 36-5.

ASSEMBLY
Mitred frames using square brackets or crimping. Straight-cut openings using stainless steel screws in honeycomb panels. All assembly parts are made of aluminium or stainless steel.
