PRODUCT CONCEPT :

The Shar-Pei range of aluminium profiles, designed for the manufacture of single and double swing gates, sliding gates and metalwork, allows you to meet all aesthetic requirements with various types of infill: solid, openwork or sheet metal.

Description

PROFILES
The profiles of the Profils Systèmes range are produced by press extrusion, in alloy no. 6060 BUILDING QUALITY, with impurity tolerance levels stricter than the standard.

PROTECTION

  • Chemical anodizing with QUALANOD label, available in natural shade and bronze
    → Stock profiles available in anodized finish class 20 (20 to 24 microns)
  • Polyester powder coating with labels:
    → QUALICOAT (mention Seaside)
    → QUALILAQUAGE
    → QUALIMARINE
    → Minimum thickness: 60 microns on permanently visible surfaces

ACCESSORIES AND SCREWS

  • Accessories available or manufactured in the same color as the gate
  • Guiding parts, rails, and sliding rollers in stainless steel or treated steel
  • All screws made entirely of stainless steel

ASSEMBLY

  • Assembly by 65 mm deep interlocking
  • Fixing with stainless steel T.H. screws on aluminum counterplate, all concealed
  • Infill panels mounted with anti-vibration seals
  • Recessed locks integrated into the profiles
  • Profiles designed to integrate a durable and concealed aluminum reinforcement, compatible with any type of automation system
