PRODUCT CONCEPT :

Window and sliding French window with thermal break bar.
– Centre post width: 38 mm.
– Centre post width (high version): 48 mm.
– Tubular frame: – 2 rails: width 55 mm / height 46 mm.
– 3 rails: width 100 mm / height 46 mm.
– 4 rails: width 145 mm / height 46 mm.
– Brush seal for watertightness.
– Two-tone colouring possible on frames and opening sections.

Description

PROFILES
The profiles in the Profils Systèmes range are extruded from 6060-grade construction alloy. The tolerances on impurity levels are stricter than those specified in the standard.

PROTECTION

  • By chemical anodisation with the QUALANOD label, in natural or bronze colour.

  • Profiles in stock available in class 20 anodised finish (20 to 24 microns).

  • By polyester powder coating with the QUALICOAT (marked Seaside), QUALILAQUAGE and QUALIMARINE labels.

  • Minimum coating thickness: 60 microns for continuously visible surfaces.

DORMANT

  • Rounded tubular shape, interior and exterior

  • Option to clip on the drip cap and joint cover

  • Mitre joint assembly

  • Thermal break with bar

  • Clip-on aluminium rail

OPENINGS

  • Rounded side and centre sections with tubular cross-section

  • Standard or reinforced versions depending on the size and exposure of the structure

  • Crossbars with straight cut assembly using stainless steel screws

  • Thermal break with bar

ASSEMBLY

  • Frames: mitre cut with square brackets, crimping or gluing

  • Openings: straight cut with stainless steel screws in alvéovis

  • All assembly parts are made of aluminium or stainless steel

SEALING
Sealing between profiles is ensured by brush seals.

GLASS
Thickness from 6 to 26 mm, wallet mounting.
Rebate height: 20 mm.
Seal compliant with DTU 39.

ROLLERS

  • 25 mm rollers on needle bearings

  • Single or double, adjustable or non-adjustable

  • Pressure screw assembly

  • Easy to dismantle, compliant with standard 24.301

  • Maximum permissible load: 250 kg per leaf (high-height version)

CLOSURES

  • 1 locking point per single shell or handle

  • 2 or 3-point lock depending on leaf height (optional)

  • Mechanism integrated into the tubular profile
